Middle aged man presents with a fractured and decayed root on a upper front lateral incisor. The tooth is not able to be saved and diagnosed as an extraction. Clientwas concerned about esthetics(who wants to walk around without a front tooth after all he is not camping this weekend). An ilmmediate extraction, implant placement and a temporary crown was completed on the same day.
